Delivery and Shipping
Domestic Shipping: Most ordesr are sent within 24 hours, however, (in case's of low inventory) it may take up to five working days from the time the order is received until package is shipped out. Please take this into consideration when purchasing expedited shipping. If your delivery is time-critical, please call or e-mail ahead to confirm availability. If you need to ship to a PO Box, select "US Mail - Priority" as UPS and FedEx will not delivery to a PO Box.
International Shipping: Please inquire before ordering. Not available at all times.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
We are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in transit; you must file a claim with the delivery carrier. Contact us within three days of delivery (or expected delivery) and we will provide you with necessary tracking and shipment information.
In the event that an item appears defective upon arrival, please contact us by phone within 48 hours.
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We want you to be happy with your purchase. That is why every item we sell is carefuly tested and inspected before we ship to you. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, you may return the item for replacement or credit. Some products ordered from LivenGood LifeStyles are shipped directly from the company that manufactures the product and manufacturer's warranties would apply. We accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Merchandise must not be damaged or broken and must be in the condition in which it was received.
2. For full refund: call for return number, which must be placed on the outside of package.
Package must be returned within 7 days of receipt in condition sent.
3. Customer pays return shipping costs. No CODs accepted.
4. Merchandise must be sent by either UPS, FedEx, or USPS with tracking and insurance for full purchase price.
5. Merchandise must be properly packed. We will not issue a credit for items damaged in transit due to improperly protected packages.
Once the merchandise is received and inspected we will issue a credit for the amount of the returned item(s) plus sales tax (original shipping is not refunded).
We will do everything we can to get your order to you in as timely a manner as possible. If the item listed is out of stock or has been discontinued, we will contact you by email or phone to let you know your options. You can choose to have the item taken off your order or you can choose a replacement product instead.
